UVeye Launches Automated Vehicle Inspection Systems in Canada

Canadian drivers and service centers are gaining access to automated vehicle diagnostics as UVeye officially enters the market. The company has deployed its computer vision technology across British Columbia and Ontario, targeting dealerships that need to modernize service lanes and capture repair opportunities previously lost to manual inspection gaps.

The rollout begins with the Trotman Auto Group, where locations like Comox Valley Toyota and Cranbrook Toyota have already integrated the systems into their daily operations. By utilizing drive-through scanning, these dealerships can instantly identify tire wear, fluid leaks, and underbody structural damage. The technology generates high-resolution reports for customers, replacing traditional, subjective walkarounds with objective data.

For Canadian dealership operators, the technology addresses specific challenges posed by harsh road conditions and climate-related vehicle wear. Omer Bar Joseph, CRO of UVeye, noted that the country's infrastructure often causes damage that remains hidden from standard visual checks. By automating the identification of these issues, service advisors can present transparent findings to vehicle owners immediately upon arrival.

Beyond immediate repair identification, the platform provides automated vehicle appraisals and high-quality imaging for inventory management. This expansion follows a period of rapid growth for the New Jersey-based company, which now manages over 1,000 installations across North America. With the Canadian market now live, UVeye continues to scale its platform, which currently processes millions of vehicle inspections monthly for major automotive brands including General Motors and Jaguar Land Rover.
