Paul Taylor, formerly the founder of the AI-driven fintech firm HUB, assumes responsibility for DXC’s $13 billion global business. His mandate involves streamlining decision-making across the company’s five geographic markets and three primary offering divisions: Global Infrastructure Services (GIS), Consulting & Engineering Services, and Insurance Software & Business Process Services. By consolidating these units under his oversight, CEO Raul Fernandez expects to sharpen accountability and improve speed in executing the company’s Fast Track strategy.

Dan Gray, a 19-year veteran of the organization, succeeds Chris Drumgoole as President of Global Infrastructure Services. Gray previously served as CTO for GIS, where he directed a team of 45,000 professionals and led the deployment of the DXC OASIS platform. Drumgoole is departing the company for an external opportunity but will retain a connection to the firm as a founding member of the newly established CEO Advisory Council. These appointments align with the recent naming of Holly Grant as President of AI Innovation and Strategy, further signaling the company's commitment to integrating AI into its enterprise service portfolio.
