Founded in 1906, Salt Lake City-based JT Thorpe maintains a footprint of over 30 locations across North America. CEO Kevin Howard will continue to lead the organization, leveraging the firm’s 120-year reputation for technical safety to navigate current infrastructure demands.
Luke Myers, co-founder of Truelink Capital, noted that the acquisition aligns with the firm’s strategy to capitalize on growth in industrial end markets. This transaction serves as the third platform investment for Truelink’s Fund II. While financial terms remain undisclosed, Goldman Sachs and Harris Williams acted as financial advisors for the deal. The partnership aims to accelerate JT Thorpe’s growth through both organic development and potential strategic acquisitions.
