The Pennsylvania-based insurer saw its operating income rise to $204.1 million for the quarter, a 2.5 percent climb compared to the second quarter of 2025. This performance was largely supported by a 4.7 percent increase in management fee revenue from policy issuance and renewal services, which reached $862.9 million.

While commission expenses grew by $44.7 million due to higher agent incentives and increased written premiums, these costs were balanced by a reduction in non-commission expenses. The company noted lower professional fees, specifically citing a decreased reliance on third-party technology services, alongside reduced sales and advertising outlays. For the first six months of 2026, net income reached $330.8 million, or $6.32 per diluted share, compared to $313.1 million, or $5.99 per share, for the first half of 2025.
