The board of directors authorized the repurchase of up to $75 million in common stock for the third quarter of 2026. This move remains tethered to the company's broader annual target, though executives noted that actual execution hinges on prevailing market conditions and regulatory constraints.

Shareholders are set to receive a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per common share on August 20, 2026, provided they hold positions by the close of business on August 13. This payment reflects a $0.03 increase over the previous period. Furthermore, the bank declared regular cash dividends for its Series A perpetual preferred shares, scheduled for distribution on September 15, 2026, to holders of record as of September 1.
