Via Transportation Investors Face August 10 Deadline in Class Action

Investors who purchased Via Transportation, Inc. stock tied to the company's initial public offering face an August 10, 2026, deadline to serve as lead plaintiff in a pending securities class action. The lawsuit alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its growth trajectory and revenue stability prior to the IPO.

The complaint filed against Via Transportation claims the company's offering documents contained false and misleading information. Specifically, the suit alleges that at the time of the IPO, the firm failed to disclose that its Platform Annual Run-Rate Revenue was declining and that it faced significant growth obstacles within the German market.

These disclosures reportedly triggered a sharp decline in share value, with the stock price falling to $14.52—a drop of nearly 70% from its IPO price. Rosen Law Firm is currently organizing the class action and encourages affected investors to evaluate their legal options. While the court has not yet certified a class, investors may choose to hire their own counsel or participate as absent class members. Serving as a lead plaintiff is not a requirement for an investor to participate in any potential future financial recovery.
