Investors Urged to Join Securities Fraud Class Action Against GRAIL

With an August 4 deadline approaching, the law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz is calling on shareholders who purchased GRAIL, Inc. stock between May 2025 and February 2026 to come forward. The move follows a class action complaint alleging the company misled the market regarding its high-profile NHS-Galleri cancer trial.

The lawsuit centers on allegations that GRAIL violated the Securities Exchange Act by masking unfavorable data during the NHS-Galleri study. According to the complaint, company leadership maintained an overly optimistic public narrative while concealing evidence that the trial’s three-year timeframe was insufficient to meet its stated primary endpoint for reducing advanced-stage cancers.

Investors who incurred losses during the period from May 13, 2025, to February 19, 2026, are eligible to seek lead plaintiff status. While the class has yet to be certified, the firm is inviting affected shareholders to review their rights and potential recovery options. Brian Schall and David Schwartz are overseeing the inquiries at the firm's Los Angeles office.
