Tim Graham, a two-decade veteran of the company, will step into the role of executive vice president and chief commercial officer. He is tasked with consolidating the firm's sales force and driving revenue growth through a unified commercial strategy. His deep internal experience, which includes leading the Industrial Motion business, is intended to strengthen customer engagement as the company scales its global reach.
Joining him is Steve Ribaudo, who will serve as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Ribaudo arrives from Carrier Global Corp, where he managed the Commercial HVAC division for the Americas. At Timken, he assumes oversight of the company's manufacturing footprint, procurement, and supply chain functions. CEO Lucian Boldea stated that these appointments are intended to increase accountability and speed, allowing the manufacturer to better leverage its $4.6 billion annual sales base while navigating complex industrial markets.
