KB Home Launches Poppy and Quinn Developments in Valencia

Prospective buyers in Los Angeles County now have access to two distinct residential options as KB Home opens its latest communities, Poppy and Quinn, within the sprawling Valencia master-planned project. Located at the intersection of West Magic Mountain Parkway and Golden Yarrow Street, the sites target families seeking proximity to regional hubs.

The new neighborhoods offer a tiered approach to local housing. Poppy features two-story single-family homes starting from the $760,000s, while the three-story units at Quinn begin in the $860,000s. Floor plans range from three-bedroom, 2.5-bath layouts to larger four-bedroom, 3.5-bath configurations. Both projects fall under the William S. Hart and Newhall School Districts.

Residents will have access to the broader Valencia master plan amenities, which include 10,000 acres of open space, a recreation center with pools, and over 30 miles of trails designed for walking, cycling, or neighborhood electric vehicles. The location provides direct connections to Interstate 5 and Highway 126, placing homeowners near major employers such as Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital and CalArts, as well as retail destinations like Westfield Valencia Town Center.

Keltie Cole, president of the company’s Los Angeles and Ventura Counties division, noted that the developments emphasize personalization and value. Homes are built to be ENERGY STAR certified, a designation the builder claims is achieved by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide. Sales offices are currently open for both walk-in visitors and scheduled private tours, with digital walkthrough options available for remote buyers.
