The Allspring Income Opportunities Fund (EAD) will distribute $0.05326 per share, a minor decrease of $0.00009 from the prior month. Similarly, the Allspring Multi-Sector Income Fund (ERC) announced a payout of $0.07273 per share, marking a reduction of $0.00005. In contrast, the Allspring Utilities and High Income Fund (ERH) saw a slight increase, with the distribution set at $0.08784 per share, up $0.00020.

Shareholders of record as of August 13, 2026, will be eligible for these payments, which are scheduled for distribution on September 1, 2026. These funds operate under a managed distribution plan targeting annual minimum fixed rates of 8.75% for EAD and ERC, and 8.00% for ERH, calculated against the average net asset value over the preceding year. Allspring cautioned that these distributions are sourced from a mix of income, capital gains, and paid-in capital, and should not be interpreted as a direct indicator of fund performance or future yields.
