Founded in 2007, American Chimney & Fireplace has built a reputation for chimney maintenance, masonry restoration, and fireplace installations. The company currently operates two Louisville facilities, including a dedicated showroom for heating appliances. Under the new agreement, the firm retains its local identity while gaining access to the platform’s administrative resources, recruiting support, and technological infrastructure.

Branson Tibbs, co-founder of Chimney Collective, cited the company's commitment to safety and technical expertise as primary drivers for the acquisition. Doug Hetsch, who owns the business alongside Frances Hetsch, noted that the partnership aims to preserve the company's existing service culture while facilitating professional development for its staff. The consolidation strategy pursued by Chimney Collective focuses on scaling regional operators without dismantling the brand equity or customer relationships they have cultivated over nearly two decades.
