Anshu Rajpurohit: A Career Built on Precision and Persistence

The foundation for her career was laid through a rigorous examination process in India, where she achieved a credential that historically saw a 98% failure rate for first-time candidates. Upon relocating to the United States in 2013, she demonstrated similar resolve by completing all four sections of the CPA exam in just two and a half months while pregnant with her first child. This tenacity transitioned into a series of high-level roles at firms including American Tower Corporation, Cloudmed, and Baymark Health Services.

Currently serving as the corporate controller at Wiley X Inc., Rajpurohit manages a team of seven, focusing on financial reporting and system automation. Her tenure is marked by a significant inventory reconciliation project that restored data integrity and enabled the company to meet audit deadlines for the first time in years. Beyond technical expertise, she emphasizes a leadership philosophy rooted in mentorship and emotional intelligence. With an eye toward the C-suite, she continues to balance her executive responsibilities with her role as a single mother, maintaining a commitment to professional growth that she describes as a habit rather than an event.
