OneGov Unveils Pro Tier to Automate Legislative Research

Austin-based OneGov is pushing beyond basic bill tracking with the launch of OneGov Pro, a subscription tier designed to replace manual desk research with AI-driven analysis. The platform promises to condense weeks of legislative inquiry into briefing-ready dossiers by providing users with citation-backed answers across all 50 states and Congress.

The new tier functions as a force multiplier for government affairs teams, effectively placing a virtual research analyst at every desk. By leveraging AI to parse committee summaries, statutes, and administrative rules, the system allows professionals to identify emerging policy risks and track lobbyist activity in real time. Beyond standard monitoring, Pro introduces predictive voting tools that analyze district demographics and historical member behavior to forecast legislative outcomes.

Integration remains a priority, with the platform connecting directly to common office software like Slack, Outlook, and Google Drive. William Fish, CEO of OneGov, describes the tool as a solution for teams that need to scale their intelligence capabilities without expanding headcount. Because the upgrade is offered on a per-seat basis, organizations can tailor access, ensuring that power users have the necessary depth while maintaining standard coverage for the rest of the team.
