Regeneron Faces Securities Class Action Over Failed Drug Trial

Investors who purchased Regeneron Pharmaceuticals stock between August 1, 2025, and May 15, 2026, are facing a legal deadline of September 14, 2026, to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged violations of the Securities Exchange Act following the disclosure of disappointing clinical trial results.

The DJS Law Group filed the complaint, asserting that Regeneron misled the market regarding the progress of its Phase III Fianlimab-Libtayo study. While company leadership suggested the trial showed promise and downplayed associated risks, the study eventually failed to reach its primary endpoint. Plaintiffs argue these public statements were materially false and artificially inflated share prices during the specified period.

Shareholders who incurred losses during this window may seek lead plaintiff status, though this appointment is not a prerequisite for participating in potential financial recovery. The firm, led by David J. Schwartz, is coordinating the effort from its Eastchester, New York office. Interested parties are encouraged to reach out to the firm before the mid-September deadline to discuss their legal standing and potential participation in the case.
