At Heritage International Capital, Wen directs investment strategy and institutional partnerships, overseeing governance frameworks that integrate anti-money laundering and risk management protocols. Under her guidance, the firm has established a network of more than 20 specialized advisors and capital providers. Recent performance metrics highlight the firm's momentum, with $150 million in financing term sheets secured during a three-month window.

Wen’s career prior to Heritage includes a tenure at Advantary Capital Partners and a significant role within the mergers and acquisitions team at OpenText Corporation. During her time at OpenText, she supported a $6 billion acquisition that effectively doubled the company's enterprise value. Her background also features international expansion initiatives at Han's Laser Technology Industry Group, where her work contributed to a 20% increase in overseas sales.
