Management maintains that the acquisition proposal from Delphinus remains the most viable path forward, citing the bidder’s unique capacity to oversee the welfare of over 100 animals currently in the company’s care. Officials emphasized that the selection criteria prioritized economic value, financial certainty, and regulatory compliance to protect the interests of creditors and employees alike.
