Farmers Insurance deploys mobile response units to Spokane fire zones

As wildfires tear through the Spokane region, Farmers Insurance is moving its catastrophe response teams onto the ground. The insurer is launching a Mobile Claims Center on Tuesday, August 4, to provide direct, in-person support to policyholders whose homes and vehicles have been caught in the path of the flames.

The relief site will operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at the Lowe’s parking lot located at 5204 Sprague Ave. in Spokane Valley. This deployment aims to expedite the claims process for those displaced or impacted by the ongoing blaze. Beyond the physical site, the company has opened dedicated channels for customers insured under Farmers, Foremost, and Bristol West brands.

Policyholders can initiate claims through the official websites or via the 24-hour claims hotlines at 1-800-435-7764 for Farmers and Foremost, or 1-800-274-7865 for Bristol West. Support is also available through the company’s mobile applications. For those requiring Spanish-language assistance, the insurer has activated a specific line at 877-732-5266, while individuals with hearing or speech disabilities may access services by dialing 711 for the federal Telecommunications Relay Service.
