SourcingAI Gains Industry Recognition for AI-Driven Supplier Matching

Jointly released by Ebrun and the Canton Fair, the report analyzes research from over 9,000 Chinese foreign trade enterprises. It positions SourcingAI, developed by Made-in-China.com, as a solution to chronic procurement inefficiencies. Global buyers historically face fragmented data and complex screening workflows, which often result in financial losses or delayed production cycles.

SourcingAI replaces manual due diligence by consolidating supplier profiles and certification data. The platform integrates verification outcomes from third-party inspection firms such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland, and CTI. By presenting these credentials in a structured interface, the tool allows buyers to perform initial screenings remotely, bypassing the immediate need for costly, time-consuming on-site factory visits.

The system’s AI-analysis feature further accelerates the process by generating side-by-side comparisons of potential partners. This capability removes the burden of cross-referencing scattered documents, allowing firms to shorten their time-to-market. By lowering trust barriers, the technology aims to improve order conversion rates and increase transparency within the broader international trade ecosystem.
