Intuit Shareholders Face September Deadline in Securities Class Action

Investors who purchased Intuit Inc. stock between August 22, 2025, and May 20, 2026, have until September 8, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation focuses on allegations that the company misled the market regarding its competitive positioning and revenue growth.

The complaint filed against Intuit claims the firm overstated the sustainability of its business model while failing to disclose significant losses within its tax-related divisions. Specifically, the lawsuit alleges that mounting competitive and pricing pressures eroded the performance of the TurboTax business, rendering the company’s fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance unreliable.

The Gross Law Firm, which issued the notice, contends that these omissions led to the artificial inflation of the company's stock price during the specified class period. Shareholders seeking to participate in the action or act as a lead plaintiff are not required to pay upfront costs. The firm notes that registration allows investors to monitor the status of the case through its portfolio management system as the legal proceedings move forward.
