Rembrandt, an eighteen-year veteran of the Treasury Department, leads strategic policy for the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes. His keynote will focus on current Treasury priorities and evolving threats to the industry. Since 2018, he has served as the U.S. Head of Delegation to the Financial Action Task Force, the global standard-setter for anti-money laundering protocols.

He joins a program that features IRS-CI Chief Jarod Koopman and Nevada Gaming Control Board Chairman Mike Dreitzer. While Koopman is expected to detail federal criminal enforcement trends, Dreitzer will outline Nevada's recent regulatory shifts and enforcement actions. The conference, scheduled for September 14–17 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, aims to bridge the gap between policy setters and industry compliance officers. Gregory Lisa, co-founder of the BSA-AML Compliance Group, emphasized that the event is designed to foster public-private partnerships, noting that the frontline reports filed by casino staff often trigger the very investigations federal agencies pursue. The agenda covers a broad technical scope, ranging from artificial intelligence and FinCEN compliance proposals to sanctions enforcement and the implications of prediction markets.
