DATAMARK Expands Public Safety Ecosystem with Three New Partnerships

DATAMARK Technologies is broadening its reach in the emergency response sector by integrating geoConvergence, OTM Cyber, and Quality Recording Solutions into its partner network. The collaboration aims to bolster Next Generation 9-1-1 infrastructure by combining specialized expertise in cybersecurity, indoor mapping, and mission-critical data recording systems for public agencies.

The addition of these three industry players creates a unified front for emergency communications centers facing increasingly complex digital threats and operational demands. By incorporating geoConvergence’s LiDAR and indoor mapping capabilities, DATAMARK seeks to provide agencies with high-fidelity spatial data. Meanwhile, OTM Cyber brings defensive measures to protect Public Safety Answering Points from cyber-attacks, and Quality Recording Solutions adds reliable data management tools to the company's existing GIS portfolio.

Robert Murphy, Chief Revenue Officer at DATAMARK Technologies, noted that the move is designed to simplify the technical landscape for telecommunicators who rely on precise information during high-stakes decisions. This ecosystem approach allows agencies to source integrated solutions—ranging from digital twins to voice recording compliance—through a single, coordinated channel. The expansion reinforces the broader strategy of Michael Baker International’s GovTech division, which focuses on modernizing government infrastructure and enhancing situational awareness across emergency management services.
