Therap Services Adds Mobile Attendance Tracking for Care Providers

Support teams can now manage daily care logs and billable service hours directly from smartphones. By integrating attendance tracking into its mobile application for iOS and Android, Therap Services aims to reduce the administrative burden on providers in the Long-Term Services and Supports sector.

The update replaces manual, desktop-bound workflows with a more flexible system designed to keep providers focused on direct care. Staff members with authorized roles can log, update, or delete attendance records using bulk-entry tools and integrated time trackers, ensuring that billable units are captured accurately as services occur.

Beyond mobile mobility, the desktop interface has received a significant overhaul. A color-coded grid now allows for faster navigation, while a dedicated tab for incomplete entries helps staff identify and resolve pending data before submission. To prevent constant screen switching, a single click on an individual’s profile now surfaces critical details like Medicaid numbers, service authorizations, and remaining unit balances. These changes prioritize data integrity and efficiency, allowing agencies to streamline the transition from daily service logs to finalized billing reports.
