TotalEnergies Repurchases Shares Worth Over 200 Million Euros

The repurchases were conducted across multiple market platforms, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. Daily volume remained consistent throughout the week, with the average purchase price per share climbing from 83.31 euros on October 26 to a peak of 85.47 euros by the close of the period on October 30.

This activity aligns with the company's broader financial strategy for the year. TotalEnergies, which maintains operations in roughly 120 countries, continues to manage its capital structure while focusing on its integrated energy transition goals. The transaction details were disclosed in compliance with current share repurchase regulations and the specific mandate authorized earlier this year.
