Table Space Expands US Leadership to Capture India’s GCC Growth

San Francisco-based industry veteran Elias Lindenberg has joined Table Space as Principal Director for Americas sales, signaling a strategic push to capture growing demand from US firms. His appointment creates a bicoastal leadership presence alongside Chief Sales Officer John Hogan, aiming to bridge the gap between American enterprises and India’s expanding office infrastructure.

The expansion comes as India’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem reaches 2,117 centers, with 506 Forbes Global 2000 companies now maintaining operations in the region. By stationing Lindenberg in San Francisco and Hogan in Chicago, Table Space is positioning itself within the primary hubs for US-based corporations looking to scale their Indian footprint. The company currently manages 11 million square feet across 84 centers in nine Indian cities, catering to over 425 clients.

Lindenberg brings two decades of real estate strategy experience, having previously served as Senior Vice President at Colliers, where he directed operations for 3M and SAP. His background also includes a lengthy tenure at JLL, where he managed portfolios for Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble, and Philips. Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO of Table Space, noted that Lindenberg’s expertise in navigating complex multinational real estate decisions is critical as US firms move toward the company’s enterprise-grade, managed workspace model to future-proof their international operations.
