Alongside the leadership appointments, the bank has debuted Flagstar Insurance Agency, Inc. and Flagstar Guided Portfolio Solutions. The insurance arm, led by executive Irene Bowers, is designed to treat insurance as a managed asset rather than a secondary service. Simultaneously, the new investment suite—developed by Chief Investment Officer Brett Mitstifer—offers 14 discretionary portfolio options, ranging from tax-aware strategies to alternative asset allocations. These additions reflect a broader shift toward a boutique, relationship-based model intended to consolidate lending, banking, and wealth management into a single, cohesive client experience.
