For the third consecutive year, Petaluma-based Cascade Receivables Management has earned a spot on the 2026 Best Places to Work in Collections list. The selection process involved a rigorous two-part evaluation, measuring workplace policies, demographics, and anonymous staff feedback. Cascade was one of 60 companies nationwide to meet the criteria this year. The award underscores the firm's focus on team development and collaborative culture, which leadership credits for both employee retention and operational success.

CEO Lee Brockett emphasized that the firm’s investment in culture is intentional, aiming to help staff reach their full potential. Chief Compliance Officer Shaun Ertischek noted that the repeat recognition is particularly significant because it is driven by direct feedback from the workforce. As a component of the Cascade365 Family of Companies, the firm provides liquidity solutions to the healthcare and consumer finance industries while maintaining a focus on consumer-friendly debt settlement practices.
