Senhwa is conducting this research in partnership with a global pharmaceutical firm, which is supplying the PD-1 inhibitor. Beyond evaluating this specific combination, the study serves as a proof-of-concept for pidnarulex as a versatile platform asset. If the trial confirms early hypotheses regarding safety and immune-sensitizing activity, the company plans to explore broader applications, including combinations with antibody-drug conjugates or radiotherapy. While the program represents a strategic expansion of Senhwa’s clinical pipeline, the company maintains that these benefits remain clinical hypotheses pending data from the upcoming patient enrollment phase.
