Jacob Evans, Clerri’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, noted that this shift reduces deployment overhead to zero, as groups can now standardize their membership tools across dozens of locations simultaneously through enterprise policy.

Functionally, the extension mirrors the existing Bridge platform, retaining core features like patient search and enrollment workflows. Security remains a priority, with patient data held only in session memory and cleared upon browser closure to maintain PHI compliance. The extension is currently available in the Chrome Web Store for practices with active integrations, allowing multi-location groups to push updates silently and ensure all offices remain on the same version without requiring individual IT tickets.
