The 2026 class spans the breadth of the homebuilding sector, featuring Dave Bartlett of Brookfield Residential, Saeed Bekam of Gouvis Engineering Consulting Group, and Jim Boyd of James Boyd Consulting Ltd. Joining them are Renee Self-Gibbons of Chameleon Design, Valerie Hardman of Outdoor Dimensions, Andy Henderson of The Henderson Law Firm, and Dana Kovach of Kovach Marketing. Rounding out the list are Richard Lambros of Southern California Group, Larry Webb of The New Home Company, and JoAnne Williams of JWilliams Staffing.

BIASC CEO Jeff Montejano noted that the program, established in 2023 to mark the organization’s centennial, highlights leaders whose impact transcends their own firms. The inductees will receive their honors at the Orange County and Los Angeles County/Ventura Chapter Installation Gala on October 23, 2026, in San Juan Capistrano. JoAnne Williams will receive her recognition separately during the Building Industry Show in Indian Wells on September 3.
