The listing gives the Shanghai-based firm a market capitalization of HK$10.06 billion. Founded in 2016, NASN has established itself as a key supplier for electric vehicle manufacturers, ranking as the second-largest independent third-party brake-by-wire provider in China by 2025 sales volume. According to China Insights Consultancy, the company was the first in the country to commercialize electronic brake booster solutions specifically for L4 autonomous vehicles.

Qiming Venture Partners, which led the firm's Series A financing in 2018, remains the largest institutional investor with an 8.43 percent stake. NASN plans to leverage its expertise in control algorithms and hardware to move beyond the automotive sector, targeting growth in humanoid robotics and low-altitude aircraft motion control. Chairman Tao Zhe stated that the company intends to use the new capital to accelerate global expansion and deepen its focus on indigenous core technology development.
