Innate remains responsible for conducting the trial, which focuses on patients who have failed at least one prior systemic therapy.

Financial incentives for Innate Pharma could reach up to 580 million USD, including 40 million USD in near-term development milestones and 465 million USD tied to future regulatory and commercial successes. Additionally, Innate is set to receive tiered double-digit royalties on net sales. The treatment has already secured Fast Track and Breakthrough Therapy designations from the FDA, alongside PRIME status from the EMA, underscoring the high unmet medical need for patients with Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides.
