VibeIQ Secures $22.5 Million to Scale AI-Driven Product Decisions

Consumer brands are drowning in creative speed while struggling to justify their product lineups, a gap VibeIQ aims to close with $22.5 million in new funding. Led by Boston-based Volition Capital, the investment will fuel the expansion of a platform designed to standardize decision-making before manufacturing costs mount.

While brands utilize sophisticated systems for design and financial planning, the critical decisions determining which products earn a spot in a collection often remain trapped in disconnected documents. VibeIQ addresses this by providing a unified view that links creative intent with commercial targets, margins, and regional adoption. By embedding AI into the pre-development phase, the platform helps teams identify redundant SKUs and potential margin risks before capital is committed to sourcing.

Major retailers including New Balance, Converse, and Vera Bradley already utilize the software to reduce manual workloads and gain visibility into product lifecycles months earlier than traditional methods allow. According to founder and CEO Brian Lindauer, the influx of capital will be used to deepen these analytical capabilities and extend the platform's reach into new product categories. Roger Hurwitz, Managing Partner at Volition Capital, noted that the platform provides a vital decision layer that prevents unnecessary complexity from entering the supply chain. Existing investor Venture Guides also participated in the round, signaling continued confidence in the startup's mission to professionalize the early stages of product development.
