CEO Rob Ball credited Osborne’s leadership and deep orthopedic industry expertise for the company’s rapid commercial success since he joined as Vice President of Commercial Development in 2023. In his new capacity, Osborne will align the firm's commercial strategy with its medical education and customer experience initiatives to ensure execution matches the pace of the company’s product innovation.

Osborne brings a career spanning nearly three decades to the role. Before his tenure at Shoulder Innovations, he spent nine years at Smith & Nephew Inc., where he directed commercial marketing for the sports medicine division in the Americas and managed global product launches across six continents. His background also includes senior roles at ArthroCare Corporation and Tornier USA. Osborne holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
