ACL Digital, a division of the ALTEN Group, will integrate Hubbl’s diagnostic capabilities across its entire service lifecycle. This collaboration targets the common friction points in enterprise software deployments, such as manual discovery processes and technical debt, by replacing guesswork with automated, system-wide visibility. According to ACL Digital CEO Ramandeep Singh, the move provides the necessary governance foundation for organizations aiming to adopt agentic AI safely.

For enterprise clients, the initiative promises to reduce project rework and align technical outcomes with specific business goals. Jay Noble, Vice President of the Salesforce Practice at ACL Digital, noted that the industry is shifting away from simple labor arbitrage toward AI-enhanced talent. By utilizing Hubbl’s platform, the company intends to identify risks and opportunities early in the planning phase, ultimately allowing delivery teams to prioritize initiatives based on actual system impact rather than manual estimates.
