OnlineLabels Cuts Minimums and Prices for Custom Sticker Production

Sanford-based OnlineLabels is lowering the barrier for small-batch printing by reducing order minimums to 50 pieces and slashing prices by an average of 19%. This shift, supported by upgrades to their Florida production facility, allows brands and creators to access professional-grade, weather-resistant vinyl without committing to high-volume inventory.

The company has transitioned its custom sticker line to a laminated premium vinyl rated for two years of outdoor exposure. These stickers, which feature waterproof adhesive and a choice of gloss or matte finishes, are designed to withstand sunlight, scratching, and moisture. A standard order of 50 two-inch circle stickers now starts at $35, with production turnaround times typically spanning two to three business days.

Steven Leung, Director of Marketing at Online Labels Group, noted that the investment in new equipment aims to bridge the gap between quality and affordability. By enabling smaller runs, the firm intends to help businesses test product designs or manage seasonal promotions without the financial burden of traditional bulk printing. The updated service is currently available through the company's website for various applications ranging from product packaging and equipment labeling to promotional giveaways.
