Bloom Energy Faces Securities Lawsuit Over Scandium Sourcing Allegations

Investors who purchased Bloom Energy Corporation stock between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026, are being urged to contact The Gross Law Firm regarding a class action lawsuit. The litigation centers on claims that the company misled shareholders about its reliance on Chinese-sourced scandium, artificially inflating its market valuation.

The complaint alleges that Bloom Energy failed to disclose that it procured scandium through intermediaries linked to China. By obscuring the origin of this critical metal, the company allegedly issued positive statements about its operations that lacked a factual basis. These omissions reportedly misled investors about the stability and risk profile of the company’s supply chain.

Shareholders have until September 28, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status. Participation in the legal action does not require this appointment, and those who register are eligible for portfolio monitoring services throughout the case lifecycle. The Gross Law Firm, based in New York, is handling the claims, emphasizing that there is no cost for investors to join the recovery efforts.
