The board of directors confirmed the payment will reach stockholders of record by the close of business on August 31, 2026. Shareholders can expect the funds to be disbursed on September 15, 2026. This adjustment reflects the firm's ongoing strategy to provide consistent returns as it maintains its role as a global provider of derivatives, equities, and FX trading solutions.

Founded in 1973 with the launch of the world's first listed options exchange, Cboe continues to influence market infrastructure through products like the VIX Index and S&P 500 index options. The company operates across multiple international markets, focusing on clearing and investment services for a global customer base.
