Class Action Lawsuit Targets Genius Group Over Alleged Market Spoofing

Investors who held Genius Group Limited shares between April 2022 and May 2025 are being urged to join a securities class action lawsuit. The litigation, led by the DJS Law Group, alleges that company insiders engaged in a deceptive spoofing scheme that artificially inflated market perceptions of the firm's stock.

The complaint filed against Genius Group Limited asserts that the company violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by disseminating false and misleading statements to the market. According to the allegations, internal actors at the firm manipulated trading activity to simulate demand for its securities. Shareholders have until August 28, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in the ongoing proceedings.

David Schwartz of DJS Law Group is spearheading the recovery effort for those who suffered financial losses during the specified class period. While the firm emphasizes its experience in high-stakes corporate governance litigation, it notes that participation in the lawsuit does not mandate a formal lead plaintiff appointment for individual investors to remain eligible for potential recovery.
