The rankings evaluate nearly 3,900 public and private organizations across 14 industries, focusing on how companies support their staff. Taylor Morrison achieved perfect scores of 5 out of 5 in professional development, work-life balance, comfort, and belongingness. The company also received scores of 4 in stability and quality of pay.

Chairman and CEO Sheryl Palmer attributed the consistent recognition to a business philosophy that prioritizes employee support. According to Palmer, fostering an environment where team members feel empowered remains central to the organization's broader success. Carly Chase, vice president of careers at U.S. News, noted that these ratings serve as a benchmark for job seekers and employers alike, identifying firms that demonstrate effective staff support systems.
