The inaugural 2026 cohort includes nine professionals: Anne Krugman, Gabriel Suniega, Hicham El Ibrik, Lauren Roberts, Madison Techmanski, Marina Baronas, Nicole Ramamurthy, Vivian Chen, and Whitney Rodriguez. These participants will engage in regular mentorship with corporate and property-level leadership, focusing on financial management, systems technology, and the company's core pillars of performance.

Jason Reader, Chief Operating Officer at Davidson, emphasized that the program serves as a direct investment in team member retention and internal promotion. By prioritizing the development of their existing bench strength, the company aims to maintain its entrepreneurial management style across its 87 hotels and resorts. For participants like Nicole Ramamurthy, the Hotel Manager at Sheraton Philadelphia University City, the initiative offers a platform to refine operational acumen while connecting with industry peers. This development follows the recent launch of the General Manager Council, another move by the firm to formalize leadership input across its properties in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean.
