The company’s latest architecture merges AI vision with acoustic sensing to create robots capable of navigating 45-centimeter-wide aisles. Currently undergoing trials in Japan and South Korea, these autonomous delivery units are slated for mass production in 2027. The robots utilize multi-sensor fusion for real-time obstacle avoidance and coordinate with DishUp AI software to automate meal verification and dispatch workflows for commercial food service operators.

Beyond food service, the group is highlighting its modular Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for industrial logistics. These machines feature interchangeable upper modules and AI-driven human-machine interaction, allowing them to adapt to diverse factory floor requirements. Primax Tymphany also introduced advanced inspection tools that combine vision and acoustic data to monitor manufacturing anomalies, shifting quality control from manual observation to automated, quantifiable analysis.

Chairman Jack Pan stated that the convergence of multi-sensor data and edge computing serves as the primary engine for next-generation automation. By leveraging an ODM+ integration model, the firm manages the product lifecycle from initial sensing modules to full-scale volume manufacturing. This approach is intended to simplify supply chains for international clients, effectively shortening the development cycle for intelligent hardware.
