The merger with Inversiones y Técnicas Aeroportuarias will see ASUR issue approximately 7.2 million new shares, increasing the total volume of shares in circulation from 300 million to 307.2 million. This integration consolidates the company's technical assistance and technology services under a single corporate umbrella, following the approval of the balance sheet dated December 31, 2025.
Beyond the restructuring, the board confirmed two cash distributions of 10 pesos each. The first dividend is scheduled for payment on November 30, 2026, with the second installment following on December 23, 2026. Payments will be processed through S.D. Indeval, S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City. Shareholders must provide coupon 23 for the first payment and coupon 24 for the second to receive the funds.
