Bizzdesign Hopex leads the group with a +94 NEF, earning recognition for its generosity. It is followed by OrbusInfinity and ABACUS, both scoring +91 NEF for their caring and effective approaches, respectively. QualiWare Enterprise Architect achieved an +88 NEF score for its respectful service, while Ardoq rounded out the leaders with a +86 NEF, noted for its trustworthiness.
Abbas Jaffery, principal advisory director at Info-Tech, emphasizes that these rankings reflect real-world performance rather than theoretical capabilities. According to Jaffery, the primary value of these platforms lies in their ability to translate complex system relationships into actionable insights, allowing leaders to make more confident investment decisions. The data is derived from the firm's SoftwareReviews platform, which tracks professional user experiences through the entire procurement and maintenance lifecycle.
