Chicago Faucets Expands 420 Series With Brushed Nickel Finish

The addition of brushed nickel arrives as a direct response to requests for more versatile finish options in public buildings, schools, and healthcare facilities. By offering the finish across models both with and without integrated thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) technology, the company provides a drop-in solution for both new construction and renovation projects.

Integrating the thermostatic mixing valve directly into the faucet body streamlines installation by reducing below-deck connections and minimizing potential leak points. Commercial Product Manager Greg Hunt noted that this configuration simplifies maintenance in constrained spaces while maintaining point-of-use scald protection. Beyond the finish, the series maintains its industrial standards, including ECAST lead-free construction and ADA-compliant lever handles. The lineup ranges from standard 1.5 GPM models to 0.5 GPM vandal-proof configurations, ensuring compatibility with diverse water-efficiency goals and site-specific plumbing needs.
