This automation allowed the facility to pass grid connection testing on the first attempt, effectively eliminating the delays that typically plague large-scale infrastructure projects.
Beyond installation speed, the facility addresses operational challenges posed by high-temperature environments. Facing ambient heat reaching 40°C, the PowerTitan 3.0 system employs a top-exhaust air outlet design to mitigate heat island effects. Coupled with the Bionic Thermal Balance 2.0 technology, the plant maintains thermal precision within 1°C. This granular control optimizes performance while reducing overall energy consumption by 10%. The project’s success underscores the impact of Sungrow’s integrated manufacturing capacity, which currently supports an annual output of 100 GWh, reinforcing the company's role in global clean energy transitions.
