Starting September 1, Manuel Tamayo will serve as Chief Commercial Officer, unifying Element’s global commercial organization under a single leader. Tamayo, who previously oversaw double-digit growth for the company's Mexican operations, will focus on client relationships and sales performance. Concurrently, David Madrigal transitions to Vice Chair of North American Strategic Partnerships and Growth, where he will lead the firm’s Mexican business and manage key strategic initiatives.

Technological and mobility initiatives will see a significant restructuring on October 1. Oliver Hahn is set to lead Element Mobility, overseeing the integration of autonomous vehicle solutions, Element Pay, and the company's innovation lab. Adam Simkin, the current Chief Information Officer, will expand his remit to become CIO and Head of Autofleet, bridging the gap between the firm’s enterprise technology roadmap and the development of its mobility platform. These shifts coincide with the transition of Kobi Eisenberg, who will step down from his executive duties to serve as an advisor to CEO Laura Dottori-Attanasio through September 2027.
