Her background includes overseeing over 2,200 annual events during her tenure as vice president of event productions for MGM. Since joining Hosts in 2025, she has focused on scaling the firm’s reach across its alliance of more than 450 global destinations.

The transition comes at a period of expansion for the company, which specializes in meetings, incentives, and large-scale live events. Paben, who steered the organization through the post-pandemic recovery, will work alongside Winer during the coming months to facilitate a handover.
