Reynolds, who has served the institution for over 30 years, will retain his role as chairman of the board while transitioning into an advisory capacity. He intends to maintain an active presence in the community, continuing his support for local nonprofits and regional initiatives.

Reynolds praised his successor’s grasp of servant leadership and his ability to navigate the shifting demands of the modern banking industry. Home Federal Bank, founded in 1924, operates 23 locations across Knox, Anderson, Blount, and Sevier counties.
