Pacaso Launches Magnolia Residence Amid Kiawah Island Demand

With the previous listing selling out before its public debut, Pacaso has introduced Magnolia, a new five-bedroom coastal retreat on Kiawah Island. The high-end property, which features a saltwater pool and proximity to the Turtle Point golf course, hit the market this week with only three ownership shares remaining.

The 3,778-square-foot residence offers a blend of luxury and convenience, featuring a chef’s kitchen, butler’s pantry, and four king suites alongside a dedicated bunk room. Priced from $678,000 for a one-eighth share, the home is part of the company's strategy to capture the booming interest in South Carolina's Lowcountry. Owners gain access to the Sandcastle Clubhouse and resort amenities, with professional maintenance handled through the company's SmartStay system.

CEO Austin Allison noted that the rapid absorption of inventory on the island highlights a clear preference for managed co-ownership models over traditional second-home maintenance. As the company prepares to add more residences to the local market, the current offering aims to balance the needs of quiet retreats with the requirements of larger family gatherings.
