Primoris Services Shareholders Face September Deadline in Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who incurred financial losses holding Primoris Services Corporation stock between August 5, 2025, and June 22, 2026, have until September 21 to seek status as a lead plaintiff in a newly filed securities class action lawsuit targeting the company's accounting and oversight practices.

The complaint, spearheaded by the firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, centers on allegations that Primoris provided misleading information regarding its renewable energy project portfolio. According to the filing, the company allegedly suffered from systemic failures in cost estimation and project forecasting, which masked significant overruns and execution delays on fixed-price contracts.

Legal counsel claims these internal deficiencies meant that public statements regarding the company's profitability and business health lacked a reasonable basis throughout the specified period. While no class has been certified yet, the ongoing litigation invites affected shareholders to participate in the recovery process. Investors wishing to serve as a lead plaintiff must file their motions with the court by the September 21 deadline, though they retain the right to select their own counsel or remain absent class members.
